Bruker DataAnalysis Automation Scripts

This collection of scripts is designed to automate common data-processing tasks in Bruker DataAnalysis, with an emphasis on reproducibility, efficiency, and easy data export. The tools streamline workflows such as mass spectral recalibration, extracted ion chromatogram (EIC) generation and integration, UV data integration, and batch export of results in common formats.

Together, these scripts simplify routine LC-MS and MALDI data handling by enabling automated recalibration, structured data export (CSV, XY, and XML), and consistent spectrum naming. They are intended to reduce manual processing time and improve compatibility with downstream analysis and open metabolomics workflows.
