About MetaLabs

MetaLabs.dk is dedicated to developing innovative software tools designed to support researchers in metabolomics, isotope-based analysis, and related fields. The aim is to make complex data analysis more accessible, efficient, and precise.

The team behind MetaLabs consists of experts in natural products chemistry, analytical chemistry, and metabolomics, with a shared passion for creating software that empowers scientists to extract deeper insights from experimental data.

Our flagship product is MolNetInvert, a tool for untargeted metabolomics data analysis, specifically designed for network-based inversion and pathway analysis. The software is based on methodologies published in the study here.

We're continuously expanding the suite of tools offered, with future developments focused on data normalization, network inference, and visual exploration - key areas in the metabolomics research process.
